Looking for more hours?
If you’re loving your current job and just want more of it, the good news is that you don’t have to submit an application. Even if you see a job advertised for a different department at your current store, you should not submit an application. The process for requesting more hours is handled entirely through OneTeam.
Coles Supermarkets
First, navigate to mycoles, and select “myavailability” under “mywork”. From here, you’ll be able to propose new availability to your manager by selecting “continuous availability”. Your manager will either approve or reject the new availability and will always have a discussion with you if it is rejected.
Coles Liquor
First, navigate to mycoles, and select “Dimensions” under “mywork”. You will be able to use Dimensions to view your schedules, notifications and take action where required. You’ll also be able to apply and accept open shifts.
Looking for a transfer?
If you’re looking for a new job in the same brand (e.g. you work at Coles Supermarket Hawthorn and want to work at Coles Supermarket Richmond), or a new job in a different brand (e.g. you work at Coles Supermarket Hawthorn and want to work at Liquorland Hawthorn instead), simply search and apply as normal through the careers section of myhub, our internal careers site. Do not apply via the external Coles Careers site, or we will be unable to progress your application. If successful, we’ll simply transfer you and your mycoles account from your current role to your new one.
