Our Finance team are a vital partner in every aspect of our business, providing commercial insights to drive our success and influence everything we do. With presence in every department, we analyse performance, and deliver actionable insights that shape our strategic decisions.
<h3>About the role</h3>
As a Finance Business Partner – NSW Operations, you will partner with the Head of Operations and lead all aspects of Finance, Accounting, and Commercial functions for NSW Operations. This includes reporting, budgeting, and analysis to drive business performance and strategic outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include
- Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations that support decision-making and performance improvement.
- Lead the development of accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practice processes and standardised ways of working across finance and operations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and technical expertise to team members in all aspects of commercial management.
- Foster a culture of operational excellence, employee engagement, and safe working practices.
<h3>About you and your skill</h3>
You’re a proactive and commercially savvy finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment. The ideal candidate will bring
- CA/CPA or similar qualification
- Proven experience in commercial management in logistics, automated distribution, or manufacturing environments.
- A strong finance background across financial control, reporting, planning & analysis, and business partnering.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills to drive strategic outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence effectively.
- Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Excel, SAP, and T
Please note: This role can be based onsite at either the NSW CFC Facility or our Hawthorn East Head Office.
