At Coles, we’re transforming the way Australians shop and our Customer Delivery team is at the heart of that experience. We’re looking for a confident and capable Customer Delivery Support Manager to join our Wetherill Park CFC and help drive safe, efficient, and customer-focused delivery operations.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and support a team of 8 direct reports and 55–60 indirect Customer Delivery Drivers.
  • Oversee and guide Customer Delivery Managers, Yard Marshals, and Drivers to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage the Yard Marshal team to maintain a safe, functional yard environment for last mile delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless end-to-end fulfilment and delivery.
  • Support the Customer Delivery Manager and Team Managers in achieving key performance indicators across:
    • Safety
    • Customer experience
    • Cost
    • Fulfilment
    • Delivery
  • Drive compliance to operational DILOs, processes, and safe working practices.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently across all levels of the delivery team.
