As a Bakery Team Member at our Customer Fulfilment Centre, we’ll offer you an enjoyable team environment where you’ll be trained and supported through a Skilled Bakery course. Upon completion of the course, you’ll be qualified as a Skilled Baker. How good is this?
- In this role your training and responsibilities include:
- Dough making
- Shaping/hand & machine molding
- Processing dough into final products
- Baking products in the oven
- Training in all areas of OH&S and Food Safety Standards
About you and your skills
- A passion for baking and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality baked goods.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to work early mornings and weekends.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team.
- Previous experience in a bakery or culinary setting is a plus but not required.
