About the team

 

 

An exciting opportunity exists for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role can be based in NSW, VIC, QLD, SA or WA.

 

 

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will collaborate with Store Managers to fulfill the recruitment needs of the business. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that the recruitment process is positive and seamless for all candidates and hiring managers.

 

 

You'll ideally have previous experience managing high volume end to end recruitment, or similar high volume administrative type role, and be a strong and supportive team player. This role is best suited to someone who has strong communication skills, a can-do attitude, can work calmly under pressure and possesses a professional work ethic.

 


About the role

 

 

  • Evaluate recruitment assignments and apply correct procedures and standards of delivery
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities on a daily bases
  • Advise, coach and educate hiring managers on the recruitment process, systems and tools
  • Progress candidates through the pre hire checks, offer and onboarding stages of the process
  • Support the wider team where required to ensure we are consistently delivering a high calibare experience for hiring managers and candidates

 


About you and your skills

 

 

  • Experience in admin coordination and MS Office.
  • A team player with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Knowledge and understanding of recruitment processes would be advantageous
  • Results driven with a high attention to detail, organised and ability to manage and meet multiple deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity.
