About the role


Our implementation of SuccessFactors went live in September 2020 with our structures and processes now fully up and running.  Work across all the SAP SuccessFactors talent modules with strong knowledge of EC and ECP. 


You’ll investigate and resolve internal employee issues and deliver optimal solutions.


Reporting into the People and Culture (P&C) Systems Specialist, the Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing day to day systems administration activities of our HCM solution and be the first point of contact for resolving system issues raised by business users.


The Systems Administrator will be part of the broader the P&C Direct team, who deliver common, repeatable and transactional P&C activity which has enterprise-wide reach.



What you’ll be doing


  • provide SAP SuccessFactors expertise, system maintenance, troubleshooting and improvements for all Success Factors modules and supporting P&C systems
  • experience and strong knowledge of EC and talent modules
  • first point of contact for system issues raised by business users and P&C stakeholders
  • triage and manage SAP SuccessFactors system support queue, escalating to functional IT consultants and service owners as required
  • ensure P&C processes and approved ways of working are robustly applied in a way that ensures business objectives are met
  • perform cyclical activities for each module including uploads of compensation information and org maintenance activity
  • drive continuous improvement and results



Good things you’ll need


  • experience in an SAP SuccessFactors systems administration role 
  • experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM can be either in a BAU or project context
  • ability to prioritise, manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver messages in a clear, compelling and concise manner across a variety of audiences
  • proven ability to address complex problems and drive efficiencies by focusing on continuous improvement
  • experience in resolving, managing and reporting on compliance incidents
