About the Role
As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling customer-led and commercial decisions by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. Reporting to the Product Manager, In-Store Fulfilment, you will partner closely with stakeholders across Product, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Customer teams to analyse fulfilment and customer data, uncover trends, and identify opportunities to improve performance.
You will support the delivery of strategic initiatives by providing robust analysis, data modelling, forecasting, and benefits assessments that inform prioritisation and investment decisions. Through your insights and recommendations, you will help shape the future of the in-store fulfilment experience, ensuring initiatives deliver value for customers, team members, and the business.
Key Responsibilities

Analyse fulfilment, customer, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.

Support strategic initiatives through data modelling, forecasting, scenario analysis, and benefits assessments to evaluate opportunities and business outcomes.

Partner with Product Managers and operational stakeholders to define success metrics, measurement frameworks, and KPIs for initiatives and product enhancements.

Integrate and synthesise insights from multiple data sources to provide a holistic view of business performance.

Deliver clear, actionable insights and commentary for strategy packs, business reviews, and performance reporting, with the ability to present findings and insights to stakeholders.

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to track key fulfilment, operational, and customer metrics.

Design and evaluate pilots, experiments, and operational trials, measuring performance against expected outcomes.

Build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business challenges and provide data-driven solutions that support decision-making.
About You
You are a proactive, commercially minded analyst who enjoys solving complex problems and turning data into meaningful business outcomes. You are naturally curious and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can influence decisions through insight and evidence.
You combine strong analytical capability with excellent communication skills, allowing you to translate complex findings into clear recommendations that resonate with stakeholders. You are comfortable working across multiple priorities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and balancing customer, operational, and commercial considerations.
Most importantly, you are passionate about using data to improve customer experiences, drive operational excellence, and support strategic decision-making.
Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience in a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or similar analytical role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work across both quantitative and qualitative data.

SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets.

Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, data transformation, statistical analysis, and modelling.

Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and visualisations.

Ability to synthesise insights from multiple data sources into clear, actionable recommendations.

High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Experience working in retail, eCommerce, fulfilment, logistics, operations, or product environments is highly desirable.
