Trade Qualified Baker - Customer Fulfilment Centre

Our new Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFC's) are an even smarter and easier way to fulfil online orders and deliver the smiles for our customers. And you could get involved. Your role, no matter where you are at the CFC, will have a direct contribution to every customer order. How good is that.

About the role 

What’s so special about being a Baker at our Customer Fulfilment Centre? Well, we understand baking isn’t just your trade - it’s your passion too.

 

You’ll be responsible for producing high quality baked items, fresh breads and prepare other bakery products for sale, according to production plans and ensure they meet quality and availability standards for our customer orders from the Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) direct to customer homes.

 

About you and your skills 

  • Baking Trade Certificate or Diploma Qualification

  • Experience in a fast-paced Bakery environment, including remaining calm under pressure and working to deadlines

  • A passion for baking and pride in one's work that translates to customer focused service delivery

  • Experience working as a baker in either a supermarket or food manufacturing facility

  • A focus on ensuring our safety standards are met 

  • You’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching 

  • Previous experience with automated process lines. (Desirable not essential).
