As the Office in Charge, you’ll be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our fulfillment center operations. Your role will involve overseeing efficient processes, maintaining compliance with policies, and legislation, and ensuring a customer-centric approach in all aspects of the Customer Fulfilment Centre’s functions.


About you and your skills 

  • Proven experience in similar role, with a focus on administrative support and compliance

  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and award interpretation. 

  • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and across departments

  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and compliance standards

  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
