We’re looking for a Health & Wellbeing Advisor to partner with leaders and team members at our Laverton Distribution Centre.
This is a broad, hands-on role where you’ll combine injury management and recovery, data-led injury prevention, provider management and health and wellbeing initiatives to help create a healthier and safer workplace.
About the role
As Health & Wellbeing Advisor, you’ll be a trusted partner to our site leadership team and a visible health and wellbeing presence across the operation.You’ll work across three key areas:
Injury prevention and insights
Analyse injury and health data to identify trends and emerging risks, partnering with Operations, Safety, training teams and allied health providers to turn insights into practical prevention strategies.
Injury management and recovery
Manage workers compensation and non-work-related injury and illness cases, coordinating early intervention, rehabilitation, suitable duties and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.
Health, wellbeing and provider management
Help bring our health and wellbeing strategy to life through local initiatives, campaigns and events, while partnering with onsite and external health and wellbeing providers to support quality services and positive outcomes.
You’ll bring:
- Experience in occupational health, workplace rehabilitation, injury management, health and wellbeing, allied health or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of workers compensation, rehabilitation and return-to-work practices.
- The ability to interpret injury and health data and translate insights into practical action.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and coaching skills.
- Experience working with health, rehabilitation or wellbeing providers.
- Strong organisation and project delivery skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to work with frontline team members through to senior leaders.
Experience in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, warehousing, retail operations or another large operational workforce, along with relevant health or allied health qualifications, will be highly regarded.
