About the Role 

Coles Supermarkets is growing our network across Townsville and surrounding areas, and we’re looking for experienced people leaders and retail managers to join our growing teams.

About the role

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll have accountability for the day-to-day running of your department.

You’ll lead from the front, supporting and developing your team while ensuring your department is safe, well presented and delivering a great experience for our customers.

You’ll take pride in contributing to a store that is welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and the local community.

About you

We’re looking for hands-on leaders who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and know how to bring out the best in their teams.
