Fresh Specialist - Coles Supermarkets - Tarneit West
From small everyday moments among the team to larger-scale changes unique to a business like ours, as a Leader, you’ll see the impact of your work connecting to customers and the communities we serve. Whether you’re in a store, distribution centre, manufacturing site or on the road, you’ll play an important part in how we achieve our purpose of helping Australians eat and live better every day.
About the Role
Know your area and enjoy helping others get better at it? As our Fresh Specialist, you’ll put your experience to work on the floor, taking the lead on key routines in your area and helping the team deliver for customers every day.
You’ll spot and solve issues as they happen, keep a close eye on standards, safety and compliance, and share what you know through practical, in-the-moment coaching. You won’t have direct reports, but you’ll have the opportunity to build your influence, broaden your store experience and help others perform at their best.
Across Produce, Deli and Bakery, you’ll help turn production plans into action, keeping a close eye on freshness, food safety, availability and waste.
