About the role
Deliver a consistent pipeline of new sign-ups to the QuiteLike brand, driving growth in line with our business goals. You’ll own the end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms, ensuring best-in-class performance and continuous optimisation.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
- Own the full campaign lifecycle: setup, pacing, reporting, insights, optimisation, and performance delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Growth and Creative teams to align on strategy, creative direction, and go-to-market plans.
- Drive structured testing and experimentation across ads, formats, messaging, and landing pages.
- Maintain a test-measure-learn feedback loop to support ongoing creative and campaign optimisation.
- Document test results, key learnings, and post-campaign reviews (PCRs) for major initiatives.
- Ensure a steady pipeline of fresh, high-performing creative assets in collaboration with internal teams.
- Leverage analytics tools (including GA4) and platform data to extract insights and inform decisions.
- Contribute to weekly performance reporting, maintaining key metrics like CAC, channel performance, conversion volume, spend, and pacing.
What You’ll Bring
- 2-3+ years’ hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, either client-side or agency-side.
- Proven track record of campaign implementation and optimisation.
- Experience with pacing and budget management.
- Solid grasp of core performance metrics (CPM, CPC, CPA, LTV, ROAS) and paid media best practices.
- Technical familiarity with tracking (e.g. pixels, tags) and website analytics tools (e.g. GA4) is highly desirable.
- Experience collaborating with creative teams to deliver ad creative is advantageous.
- Familiarity with paid search strategies aimed at driving digital growth is highly desirable.
- Exposure to eCommerce or subscription business models is advantageous.
Location
This role is based in Sydney, and we’re looking for someone who can collaborate closely with our local team. Hybrid work options are available.
