About the role

With iconic brands such as Liquorland, First Choice and Vintage Cellars to our name, our Liquor team is well on its way to being Australia’s favourite drinks retailer. We serve up everything from premium wines and craft beers, to spirits from local distilleries. We’re also growing every day, so it’s an exciting time to join us.

 

As the Online Fulfilment Centre Site Manager, you will be fully responsible for all daily operations at an online liquor warehouse.

 

Your focus will be to achieve key online and commercial targets by participating in growth initiatives, ensuring accurate stock management, and overseeing the online customer order fulfillment team. You will also be responsible for fostering a positive culture at the site and developing and supporting a diverse team.

 

You’ll take pride in being involved in delivering an outstanding customer experience, showing care for our team members, customers, and communities, and delivering for the future through our online distribution network.

 

This role offers an ideal chance to elevate your leadership skills in retail, e-commerce, and/or warehousing to new heights.

 

About you and your skills

 

  • Hands-on experience managing daily operations in a large retail, e-commerce, or warehouse setting.
  • Online Fulfilment skills or expertise are highly desirable
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets, cost control and rostering
  • Proven experience in leading teams, coaching team members, and developing their skills while meeting financial and service goals
  • A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification
  • You may be required to undergo a Police Check if successful in the recruitment process, a cost that you’ll be responsible for upfront but will be reimbursed upon successful placement.
