About the role
We’re looking for a Training Specialist to work in our new state of the art temperature-controlled ambient Automated Distribution Centre (ADC) located in Redbank, Queensland. This role will be key in moving grocery products through our supply chain to provide seamless in-store experiences for our customers.
As a Training Specialist, you will work closely with the Training Manager to deliver high‑quality training programs that set new team members up for high safety standards, confidence, and success. You will also play a key role in identifying ongoing development opportunities for existing team members, supporting compliance, continuous improvement and capability uplift across the site.
In this role, you will:
- Operate in a very innovation and technology forward environment
- Prepare and maintain training documentation and support the coaching & training of teams
- Maintain accurate, compliant training records and help ensure site leaders uphold record‑keeping requirements
- Coordinate and support all site induction programs, ensuring new team members meet mandatory training and onboarding requirements as per processes
- Monitor, review, and update training materials regularly, including planning for seasonal or operational changes
- Act as a safety champion on site, providing coaching, support, and guidance to teams while promoting a positive safety culture
About you and your skills
We're looking for someone who is passionate about developing others, confident facilitating diverse groups, and committed to delivering engaging, inclusive, and high‑quality training. You bring a learner‑centric approach and the ability to connect with both operational and leadership audiences.
You will also bring:
- Demonstrated training delivery experience
- Bachelors in related education industry or extensive related experience
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience assessing training needs and adapting as required
- Inclusive approach
- Ability to design, implement, and review training programs for warehouse and other operational teams
- Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including confidence engaging with senior leaders
- Strong digital capability, with the ability to develop training materials and utilise and leverage technology to support learning
