Our eCommerce function is going through an exciting period of transformation and growth and now our Digital Analytics and insights team is growing too. We have multiple opportunities for Digital Analytics and Insights professionals who will work across different products (Coles App, Coles Plus ,Coles  Financial Services etc). What you’ll be doing

You will be responsible for driving actionable change in digital and eCommerce by having a deep understanding of our customers and what drives their behaviour. You will help us understand how our customers are using our products and what improvements we should make.


You’ll also:

  • Analyse customer behaviour across different touchpoints.
  • Analyse customer purchasing habits.
  • Provide insights into what drives customer purchasing habits and advocacy.
  • Provide insights into how customers use our digital products and optimisation opportunities.
  • Design tests to understand the impact and performance of new initiatives.
  • Provide insights on performance of tests and advocate for the right recommendation.
  • Define key performance metrics to be analysed as part of the test.
  • Convert business outcomes into measurable metrics.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders on setting the right metrics to track performance.



Good things you’ll need:

We’re after digital analytics professional with experience working in a digital-first organisation with a strong customer-centric focus.


You’ll also need:

  • Proven experience analysing data to reveal new actionable insights that have driven real business value.
  • Ability to understand and link together different pieces of information to bring together the full story.
  • Expert experience with Digital Analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Understanding of tag management solutions in the context of digital analytics reporting.
  • Highly collaborative, able to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
