In partnership with Ocado we are in the process of delivering a brand new state-of-the-art customer fulfilment centre in NSW. Harnessing the latest technology this site will offer a wider range to our customers and safer, cleaner environment for our staff. As this site ramps up we have an opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our thriving team, on-site at Wetherill Park.  

 


 
About the role

 

 
We’re seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead high-volume retail recruitment. 


From sourcing, conducting information sessions, to onboarding, you’ll work with a cutting-edge automation platform and alongside a fantastic team. 


This is a 7-month full-time contract with onsite parking.

 

 

 

Day-to-day you will: 


 
•    Collaborate with People & Culture Business Partners and Hiring Managers on all recruitment needs for project.
•    High touch relationship management of Candidates.
•    End-to-end recruitment process management delivering a great customer and candidate experience through sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, pre-hire checking, offers to handover with Hiring Manager
•    Proactive sourcing and pipelining utilising appropriate channels to market.
•    Attending business and leadership meetings to maintain a strong understanding of recruitment and business requirements. 
•    Deliver data insights reporting on daily and weekly bases. 

 

 


About you and your skills

 


With proven success in talent acquisition, whether in an internal or external role, you bring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills to the table. 

 

 

You’ll also have:

 


•    Experience in talent pipelining and proactive sourcing. 
•    Skilful maintenance of candidate and stakeholder relationships. 
•    Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
