About the role

With over 2500 retail locations around the country, our Property team looks after one of the most dynamic portfolios in Australia. Working with teams across the business, we provide a range of services from site acquisition, leasing and renewals, through to development, construction and asset management. We’re growing too, so it’s a great time to jump on board and build your career.


We’re looking for an exceptional Property Administrator to join our Sydney based team.


What you’ll be doing

You’ll be a point of contact for specific property matters relating to our supermarkets in NSW and ACT. Your support and input will provide the much-needed assistance for the team to resolve property management queries.


Other ways you can make an impact include:


  • having discussions and negotiating with landlords
  • assisting in the delivery of new stores, store extensions, renewals and the general management of the property portfolio
  • supporting with the engagement of Formats team
  • administer PPM system to ensure accuracy of date reporting and key property data
  • helping the team to deliver on timelines for Board approval papers
  • scheduling meetings and minutes for team members, where required
  • coordinating communication between external bodies and internal groups


Good things you’ll need

  • strategic and lateral thinking skills to solve problems, identify solutions and make appropriate recommendations
  • knowledge of property and property related terms
  • financial acumen and analytical skills
  • ability to communicate effectively with key customers and external parties
  • a high level of self-motivation and comfort working across multiple projects concurrently
  • strong organisational and planning skills
  • the ability to produce professional Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and Publisher knowledge
