About the team

Coles Group Team Cover protects our team members, customers, and business stakeholders. We work across a variety of areas, from workers’ compensation to property insurance to public liability insurance. Our team offers strategic advice that guides decision making and helps our organisation achieve its business outcomes.

An opportunity exists for an experienced Rehabilitation Specialist based in NSW, to work with our business stakeholders and claims team to ensure effective early intervention and return to work planning for our most important asset, our team members. About the role

You will proactively drive sustainable return to work outcomes through direct engagement with injured team members, business stakeholders, and treating practitioners. You will provide advice on complex claims and collaborate closely with our claims team to develop tailored strategies that support injured team members in their recovery and safe return to work.

About you and your skills

You will also bring:

  • A genuine commitment to supporting injured team members throughout their recovery
  • Experience in taking a strategic approach to achieve positive outcomes on complex claims
  • Tertiary qualifications in allied health or a related field, preferably with experience in workplace-based rehabilitation
  • Knowledge and understanding of rehabilitation principles, injury management processes, medical terminology and how to coordinate with service providers to support recovery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
