What you’ll be doing


As part of the broader Technology team, Corporate Systems are responsible for the development and support of applications across multiple enterprise platforms including Finance, Procurement, People & Culture, Risk, Safety and Legal. 


Corporate Systems is an integral part of some key initiatives including SAP implementations, increasing cloud capability and digitising multiple manually intensive processes.


The successful candidate will have extensive experience implementing and supporting the SuccessFactors Employee Central module.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Lead the design and implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central based solutions
  • Supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central problem investigation and resolution
  • Ability to propose solutions to solve complex business problems
  • Strong learning ability, agility, and willingness to acquire new competencies and  adapt quickly to new tasks and environments, ability to analyse issues and recommend workable solution



Good things you’ll need


  • Certification in Employee Central
  • Strong functional consulting skills, including analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Work collaboratively with the business to fully understand requirements and configure innovative solutions to complex business problems
  • To be a clear communicator and someone who can work independently and as part of a team
  • Very strong documentation / process mapping capability
  • Excellent written and Verbal communication skills
  • The ability to own customer incidents and to investigate, analyse & solve, co-ordinate and monitor issues with developers, functional consultants, and support teams
