About the role

The engine room of our business, our Central Operations team keeps us moving and delivering our services to all Australians. We empower and support our retail teams across the country, helping them deliver great experiences for our customers every single day.

Our transformation team within operations are at the forefront of driving change and are looking for an eCommerce Support Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis.

 

What you’ll be doing
You will play a key role in the Coles transition to easy ordering across Fresh Produce, taking responsibility for the inventory process for eCommerce.

Other ways you can make an impact include:

 

  • maximise inventory levels across the DC network by effectively monitoring ecommerce transactions
  • effectively communicating across Coles suppliers of varying scale and complexity
  • ensuring smooth onboarding to Easy ordering and being first point of contact for queries
  • identify and communicate areas of risk to relevant stakeholders
  • play a key role in the accreditation process for warehouse deliveries

 

Good things you’ll need

  • experience in ecommerce, merchandise or supply chain
  • a working knowledge of inventory processes and systems.
  • strong communication skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
  • experience of working with a number of suppliers of varying scale and complexity
  • ability to deal with difficult situations and handle customer relationships with empathy
  • the ability to identify, build and manage effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve performance measures
  • ability to diagnose multiple and resolve multiple problems
