The Online Merchandising team in eCommerce is seeking an eCommerce Campaign specialist to join the team. You will be responsible for creating and implementing the strategic direction for each Coles Online campaign throughout the year as well as identify and create a rolling calendar of small to medium campaigns which Coles Online can own.



What you’ll be doing

As the eCommerce Campaign Specialist, you will work with BU’s to understand how their range can support campaign goals. In addition, you will work with marketing to implement a Customer Calendar on Coles Online in a way that resonates with Coles Online customers


You’ll also:


  • Develop and support implementation and management of campaigns to ensure consistency across Coles digital assets. 
  • Maintain the quality and integrity of the customer experience of campaigns 
  • Deliver reporting and PIR’s including competitor reporting after each campaign to ensure learnings are implemented in future campaigns. 
  • Drive analytics led approach to creating and implementing campaigns including constant campaign optimisation to deliver to performance KPI’s
