About the role
As Manager - eCommerce Analytics & Insights, you’ll help our teams understand what customers are doing, what’s driving performance and where we can grow next. From forecasting and experimentation to customer behaviour and executive reporting, you’ll turn data into practical recommendations that shape how we plan, trade and operate across eCommerce and CFC.
You’ll help shape the way we measure performance, forecast growth and understand customer behaviour across our online channels. Working closely with Growth, Commercial, Finance, Operations, Digital and Enterprise Analytics teams, you’ll turn complex data into clear insights that support planning, trading, investment decisions and operational performance.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead the eCommerce analytics roadmap, priorities, KPI definitions and measurement frameworks.
- Translate customer, commercial and operational data into insights that guide planning, trading and investment decisions.
- Partner across Growth, Commercial, Finance, Operations, Digital and Enterprise Analytics to improve forecasting and decision support.
- Evolve customer analytics, marketing ROI, attribution, experimentation and executive reporting frameworks.
- Champion automation, governance and scalable ways of working across reporting, insights and data use.
- Drive adoption of advanced analytics, predictive modelling, automation and AI-enabled decision making.
About your skills
This opportunity would suit a commercially minded analytics leader who can turn complex data into clear stories, build trusted partnerships and influence senior stakeholders.
You’ll also bring:
- 10+ years demonstrated experience leading Analytics, Insights or Commercial Intelligence functions in a large retail, FMCG or digital organisation
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to connect customer behaviour to operational and financial outcomes.
- Advanced capability across measurement, forecasting, segmentation, experimentation and performance reporting.
- Confident stakeholder influence and storytelling skills, including executive-level presentations and recommendations.
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python and Power BI, with Adobe Analytics, MicroStrategy, FullStory or Snowflake highly regarded.
- Exposure to Machine Learning, AI-driven analytics, and forecasting methodologies, with an understanding of predictive modelling techniques and their application in retail, eCommerce, or customer analytics.
