  • Analyse work, roles, organisational structures, capabilities, workforce data and ways of working to identify opportunities.
  • Design future-state workforce and organisational solutions aligned to business strategy and operational requirements.
  • Design new ways of working and behavioural change interventions that support adoption and embed transformation outcomes.
  • Develop executive-ready recommendations, presentations, design artefacts, workforce insights and implementation plans.
  • Facilitate workshops and design sessions with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Build trusted relationships across business functions, enterprise transformation teams and People & Culture.
  • Contribute to the methodologies, frameworks and tools that strengthen our Workforce Design & Transformation practice.

About You:

  • You are a consulting-oriented practitioner who can move confidently between strategy, analysis, design and implementation.
  • You bring structure to ambiguity, communicate complex ideas clearly and engage credibly with senior stakeholders. You are likely to have developed your experience in management consulting, internal consulting, workforce strategy, organisation design or enterprise transformation.

You will bring:

  • Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • An understanding of how organisation design, workforce planning, role design, change and implementation activities connect.
  • Strong delivery discipline and the ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments.
  • Curiosity, adaptability and a practical, outcomes-focused mindset.
  • Experience in management consulting or an internal consulting environment will be highly regarded. Deeper capability in one or more of organisation design, operating model design, workforce planning, role design, workforce analytics, change or transition planning will also be valued.
