What you’ll be doing

 

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the largest eCommerce transformation program in Australia supporting the Ocado program. Reporting into the Transition Manager, you will work with business representatives from multiple business functions to identify, analyse, interpret, and document functional requirements for Transition. You will also be responsible for defining a detailed Transition plan, manage, and coordinate the activities needed for each Business team.

 

You’ll

 

  • Manage the Transition Plan including appropriate governance and operational readiness processes to support the wider Coles business in preparing to accept/execute changes from current Coles Online operating model and processes to the new Ocado operating model, processes and systems.
  • Develop a collaboration framework with business GM’s, their direct reports, and Project Leadership to develop Program plans, identify change impacts, monitor progress, and resolve issues.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure expectations for delivery are met or managed appropriately.
  • Successfully deliver the Transition components of the Program.

 

 You’ll also have

 

  • Proven ability to manage and prioritise conflicting demands and deliver results when under time/resource pressures.
  • Proven track record of using analytical problem solving and insights to improve processes or systems in a retail or similar environment.
  • Prior experience working in large, complex programs.
  • Ability to influence business leaders to ensure effective change management
  • Demonstrated ability to engage cross-functional teams and position content to ensure alignment and synergies.
  • Strong analytical ability relating to process optimisation and system implementation.
