About the role

 

As a Transformation and Delivery Analyst, you will form part of our Commercial Meat, Deli, Seafood & Fresh Convenience portfolio. You will be responsible for leading on contracts for Pork, Poultry and Beef, as well as providing any additional support to the Transformation and Delivery Manager.

 

You will play a role in the management of current commercial relationships with suppliers, focused on performance and cost outcomes and improved long term financial performance of the Coles Meat Business.  

 

You’ll also:

  • Conduct detailed data analysis and develop robust business cases to support the Transformation & Delivery team. Develop and deliver contracts, DEA's and Board Papers for supplier agreements. Ensure all agreements and initiatives are thoroughly evaluated to deliver outcomes that are strategically aligned and mutually beneficial for all stakeholders.
  • Implement a sustainable framework for ongoing collaboration with key suppliers. This framework will focus on fostering long-term partnerships, driving continuous improvement, and aligning supplier performance with the organisation’s strategic goals.
  • Manage and facilitate the MDSC Commercial Excellence process including Supplier Business Reviews, Commercial Period Reviews, Monthly Supplier Video and Supplier Profiles
  • Provide strategy and project support to the Head of Transformation & Delivery and MDSC LT for projects, initiatives and internal and external events/presentations

 

About you and your skills

 

This role will leverage your financial and scenario analysis and commercial acumen whilst providing a great opportunity to have genuine impact in the work that you will be doing.

 

You will also have:

  • Developed analytical skills with advanced computer skills
  • Strong ability to manage and coordinate projects and processes from planning to execution
  • Proven ability to manage supplier/vendor relationships
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate at various levels, both internally and externally
