About the team
Our Liquor Strategy & Transformation Team play a crucial role in transforming Coles Liquor to become ‘The go-to drinks retailer for any occasion’. This team is responsible for working and collaborating with senior stakeholders to develop, articulate and deliver on the strategic priorities of the Liquor business.
About the role
Step into a brand-new, high-impact role as a Transformation Governance Partner in the Coles Liquor Group. You will play a pivotal role in providing portfolio governance across Liquor Transformation whilst effectively supporting operations of the Liquor SLT.
You will partner with key internal stakeholders at the General Manager and Executive levels to provide critical insights and status updates that shape the future of our Liquor Transformation Program.
You will:
- Support Transformation & Finance with the administration of Liquor Capital Management
- Provide end-to-end resource visibility to drive increased efficiency as projects evolve
- Drive consistent strategy communication through Liquor Huddles, Leaders and Rumble
- Coordinate submissions for key milestones (QBR and Corporate planning)
- Coordinate with Group Transformation to provide clarity on Liquor progress, results, dependencies and risks
- Measure, track and consolidate strategy delivery performance for communication and reporting to Board and Executive level forums
About you and your skills
We’re looking for a strategic thinker with sharp commercial insights and someone who thrives on driving real impact through their work. With 5-7 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally gained within retail, FMCG or consulting, you will bring more than just your expertise – you will bring the mindset to make things happen.
You will also have:
- Demonstrated experience working with senior leadership and consulting firms and embody a level of confidence to present at the executive level
- The ability to manage multiple cross functional stakeholders while delivering insights that drive smart decisions
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels
- Strong attention to detail, including crafting high-impact board papers
