About the Team
The engine room of our business, our Supermarket Operations team keeps us moving and delivering our services to all Australians. We empower and support our retail teams across the country, helping them deliver great experiences for our customers every single day.
About the Role
This role will support initiatives aimed at future proofing store teams through providing project and research support.
You will also:
- Collect business requirements from various sources to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the execution of project timelines with a focus on delivery
- Support with mapping, redesigning and implementing processes
- Undertake change assessments to understand impacts of key decisions
- Oversee the development of engagement and communication plans for a broad stakeholder group
About you and your skills
You will have:
- Experience creating business requirements and conducting in-depth analysis
- Exposure to project management, delivery and business change methodologies
- The ability to manage and influence a diverse internal and external stakeholder group
- The ability to understand business strategy and trends across multiple functions
