- Own project governance, planning and delivery rhythms, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on brief and to agreed outcomes
- Act as a change agent, embedding new tools, methodologies and ways of working across Commercial and adjacent teams
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration, navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and aligning teams around shared objectives
- Track impact, measure outcomes and continuously refine delivery approaches to scale success
- Translate enterprise and Commercial strategy into clear, actionable roadmaps and delivery priorities
- Leverage data and insights to inform delivery decisions, prioritisation and investment trade‑offs
- Partner with senior stakeholders to build compelling cases for change and support effective decision‑making
- Champion future‑fit delivery practices that improve clarity, accountability and consistency
- Identify opportunities to uplift transformation capability across teams through improved process, governance or ways of working
