An opportunity to join Procurement Operations team as a Third Party Risk Manager has arisen, to work with the Third Party Risk working group and have oversight of the offshore team.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

This role is responsible for ensuring delivery adherence to Goods Not For Resale (“GNFR”) Third Party Risk Management (“TPRM”) processes, standards, as per Third Party Management framework – Risk Management scope. 

 

You’ll also:

 

  • Drive efficiency, effectiveness, and continuous improvement in all TPRM processes from supplier and engagement risk assessments, risk control actions, due diligence, contract risk assurance, [escalation management] and reporting, in order for Coles Group to meet it’s TPRM Performance Targets
  • Manage operational training and support to end users in Policy, Process and Systems (SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance and Supplier Risk).
  • Manage BPO TPRM service team (3-5 persons India) ensuring service levels are met, and user satisfaction measured, and improvements promptly delivered.

 

Good things you’ll need

 

  • Minimum of 5 year experience in Third Party Risk Management / Procurement Category Management, Contract Management, Supplier Relationship Management and Strategic Sourcing 
  • Deep understanding of risk and compliance requirements in Supplier and Contract Lifecycle management
  • Preference for experience in SAP Ariba preferred, or comparable Source to Pay and TPRM technology solution
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in offshore resource management, preferably a BPO operating model
  • Experienced delivering complex change initiatives with diverse stakeholder groups and facilitating timely issues resolution
  • Superior operational management expertise from requirements and change programs
