About the Role - 6 month fixed term
In this role, you’ll partner with our People & Culture and Legal leadership teams, supporting them to identify and attract top internal and external talent. You’ll play a key role in delivering on their talent strategies, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
We’re looking for someone who brings strong business partnering skills, can influence and challenge at all levels, and is passionate about proactive, best-practice recruitment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Deliver tailored recruitment strategies to source, attract and retain the right talent at the right time.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across P&C and Legal, providing insights, reporting, and guidance to support hiring decisions.
- Proactively source and pipeline talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
- Lead and contribute to TA initiatives and projects across the SSC and relevant business areas.
About You
We’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships across diverse functions.
You’ll bring:
- Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with exposure to corporate functions such as People & Culture, Legal, or similar.
- A proven track record as a strategic and value-adding TA partner within an internal function.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and creative approach to sourcing and attracting talent.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to inform and improve recruitment outcomes.
- A genuine interest in retail, FMCG, and the evolving world of talent acquisition.
