About the role

We are looking for a Technology Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team and partner with parts of our Technology team.  It is an exciting time to be joining as the Technology function is currently going through a transformation and modernising our ways of working moving to product teams and agile methodologies. We have recently also bought on board a new executive leadership team who bring with them fresh thinking, strong leadership, and a vision to innovate at pace to deliver the best outcomes for our customers. Our TA team is high energy, and we work very hard to deliver the best results for the business but have fun doing it. We feel proud to work for and represent an organisation that provides essential services to our nation every day.


We are a Melbourne based team and ideally looking for candidates to join our team here, however we are open to candidates based in Sydney and Brisbane too.



What you’ll be doing


  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring great candidate, and hiring manager experiences, as well as delivering tailored recruitment strategies to source, attract and retain the right talent at the right time
  • Proactive sourcing and pipelining, utilising various channels to market, such as LinkedIn recruiter, and engaging the business to drive a consistent flow of talent into Coles
  • Support and / or manage various initiatives and projects across relevant business areas
  • Supporting the wider team where required to ensure we are consistently delivering and delighting our stakeholders



Good things you’ll need

 We’re looking for talented technology TA professional who loves what they do and can apply their expertise and partner with a variety of stakeholders.


You’ll also need:

  • Proven and successful background as a proactive Talent Acquisition professional within an internal or external function with strong experience within Technology recruitment
  • Strong experience in partnering and influencing at all levels
  • Extensive knowledge in talent pipelining and proactive sourcing #LI-
