About the role
In this role you will support the delivery of day‑to‑day P&C activities across your portfolio. You’ll work closely with leaders, P&C colleagues and cross‑functional partners to provide timely advice, coordinate people processes and support a great team member experience.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting cyclical platform updates, including system reviews, change identification and user documentation
- Providing efficient and effective P&C support across recruitment, onboarding, candidate queries and people processes
- Coordinating documentation, reporting, systems updates and general P&C administration
- Building strong relationships with leaders and teams to help drive successful outcomes
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to improve ways of working and ensure consistency in P&C service delivery
Additional responsibilities for this role
This role is also required to:
- Support creation and maintenance of communications and training content when changes are introduced
- Contribute to inclusive reviews of our technology to ensure alignment with WCAG accessibility requirements
- Support careers site maintenance, updates and enhancements
- Support with candidate and recruiter platform queries
- Bring proven experience and capability in supporting people/recruitment systems and supporting with user adoption
Work Experience
Experience required to meet position objectives
- Sound knowledge, skill and experience in technology platforms, ideally in P&C landscape
- Proven interpersonal and organisational skills, with the ability to get things done well and on time
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem‑solving capability
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

- Tertiary qualification or demonstrated strong performance in a similar technology-focused role
- Learning agility, adaptability and a can‑do attitude
