This newly created role will be an integral part of our Retail Leadership and Trades recruitment team. This team partners closely with the Coles Group business nationally to deliver high quality talent into our retail leadership roles. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional recruitment delivery for the business, as well as consultative and strategic partnering to support talent decisions and approaches. We’re serious about what we do but like to have a lot of fun while we do it.
 

 

About the Role- 12 Months Fixed term


 
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Talent Acquisition leader to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract, based at our Store Support Centre in Hawthorn East. This role will involve leading a team of Talent Acquisition Leads, partnering closely with senior business stakeholders on recruitment requirements, and managing and delivering projects. A focus on continuous improvement and using data to guide decisions is imperative, along with a love for leading and developing high performing teams. 
 
 
In this role, you’ll also:
 
•    Coach and develop your team to ensure they’re consistently enhancing their skill set and providing exceptional service to their stakeholders and candidates.
•    Partner closely with senior business stakeholders to determine recruitment needs
•    Have extensive knowledge of proactive sourcing and pipelining strategies, utilising various channels and platforms.
•    Support the wider team where required to ensure we are consistently delivering for and delighting our stakeholders and candidates.
•    Have extensive experience in interpreting data to inform decision making, and presenting data efficiently and clearly to senior stakeholders.

 

 

About you and your skills

 


•    Experience in leading high-performing Talent Acquisition teams, preferably in large national or multi-national organisations.
•    Strong experience in partnering and influencing at all levels.
•    Extensive knowledge in talent pipelining and proactive sourcing.
•    Experience in high volume recruitment functions.
•    Working within a fast-paced environment with high levels of complexity.
•    Experience with SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS will be highly regarded.
