About the role:
The Integration, Product Services team plays a vital role in keeping the core systems functional across the business. The team delivers value to our customers walking into our stores by enabling merchandise, liquor, supply chain, logistics, finance and stores platform. This team aims to uplift, harden and evolve some of our core enabling technologies to meet the business need through technology enablement, automation and continuous integration.

Through innovative technology solutions our team is looking to unlock what retail has to offer. We are looking for technologists who are resilient and aren’t afraid to challenge status quo and change mindsets.

 

What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the Engineering Manager – Integration, Product Services. Your day to day activities will include:

  • Scripting and developing Azure Dev Ops pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, BitBucket, and GO CD
  • Automate code deployment, unit test and post verification test scripts
  • Support internal and external stakeholders on multiple platforms and be the first point of contact to handle customer issues
  • Provide technical planning, standards and solutions to meet business needs within technical area of expertise
  • Work with developers to oversee code releases and build CI/CD pipelines for the digital integration team
  • Develop tooling and processes to orchestrate release/configuration and deployment activities
  • Maintain Artifactory repositories
  • Providing Production Support during and after hours on demand
  • Collaborates well with others, showcase and share their work inside and outside the team

 

Good things you’ll need:

  • Enterprise experience designing and implementing DevOps solutions
  • Experience working in Agile, fast paced environment
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps pipelines, Terraform and Python is necessary. Exposure to AKS is good to have too!
  • Experience working with ARGO, Artifactory, X-ray, Azure Data Factory, key vaults, Airflow and blob and table storage
  • Great understanding of various automation tools for developing digital pipelines (CI/ CD pipelines).
  • Demonstrated experience in working with integration teams using on-premise and cloud technologies
  • Willingness and proven ability to learn new technologies
  • Microsoft SQL Server administration and SQL query skills highly desirable.
  • Control M, System Integration and Unix Experience highly desirable
