We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager for a fixed term 13 month contract to drive the retention & growth strategy for known customers across Coles supermarkets and Coles Online.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will run a team of specialists to drive strategy for customer engagement:

 

You’ll also:

 

  • Develop a data driven lifecycle marketing approach to effectively engage customers across the funnel from onboarding to reactivation to shift key customer metrics.
  • Lead and develop a team of retention & growth specialist and work to improve staff engagement levels.  
  • Lead the development of the flybuys marketing strategy to influence and shift customer behaviour and drive incremental sales uplift.
  • Develop and optimise workflows to effectively collaborate, plan and deliver activity
  • Act as a SME embedding knowledge and expertise across wider marketing department in areas of retention, growth & loyalty

 

 

Good things you’ll need

 

  • 8+ years experience in CRM, loyalty and digital marketing
  • Extensive data driven marketing and analytics expertise
  • Experience managing agency partners
  • Experience operating within a complex environment
  • Strong leadership & people management experience
  • MarTech literacy, experience integrating, embedding and scaling MarTech platforms usage
  • Stakeholder management and highly developed influencing skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Advertising, Marketing or Business
  • Campaign planning & delivery
  • 1:1 marketing expertise across digital & traditional channels
  • Customer segmentation & targeting
  • Project management and Stakeholder management
  • Budget forecasting and reconciliation
