Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team cares for, supports, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our customers every day.


About the role 


You’ll support our smarter profit strategy by providing guidance and support to our store and business unit teams by building strategic alignment across multiple upstream functions 

We have a fulltime and a part time (20 hours per week) vacancy availabie 
 
You will also:

  • Developing transformational strategies to reduce loss and improve customer experience
  • Take proactive lead on driving waste reduction initiatives
  • Improving total loss practices
  • Implementing loss mitigation strategies and sustaining compliance in business critical processes


About you and your skills

  • Knowledge of store operations, merchandise functions, inventory and supply chain interface would be highly beneficial
  • A successful track record developing and delivering ongoing efficiencies to overall business profitability
  • Experience leading, influencing and setting strategic direction for teams
  • The ability to engage with and understand a multitude of stakeholders from head office to store level
  • A natural flair for turning data analysis into recommendations and creating compelling presentations
  • A level of comfort and expertise with change management
