Central Operations keeps our business moving. Our team cares for, supports, and empowers our retail teams across the country. We help them be at their best, so they can deliver the best experiences for our customers every day.


About the Role 


This role will lead and drive key initiatives aimed at future proofing store teams and providing teams with the right tools, training and processes. 
 

You will also:

  • Define, plan and oversee the execution of projects and programs, ensuring all activities are captured and appropriately resourced to deliver project objectives
  • Utilise continuous improvement methodologies to track, analyse, and enhance current processes
  • Identify opportunities for change across the business and manage the implementation process
  • Identify risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure project and program deliverables are safeguarded
  • Lead and develop a small team of direct reports

 

About you and your skills 


You will have:

  • Success in planning and delivery of complex projects preferably within a retail environment
  • Extensive experience in influencing and managing relationships with business stakeholders and leading teams
  • The ability to use data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change and to build comprehensive reports 
  • Ability to create strategies and initiatives that balance and integrate best practice, commercial outcome and team member value
