Are you ready to lead the transformation journey at Coles 360? 

 

In this newly created role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with the latest technologies and practices, and develop professionally in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. With a strong team and a Greenfields approach to transformation, you'll drive meaningful change and shape the future of retail media for Coles 360.

 

This role can be supported to work from Melbourne or Sydney, Permanent or Part-Time. 

 

 

 
What you’ll be doing

 


 
Leading a team of Senior Business Analysts, you'll develop and drive the transformation roadmap, collaborating with eCommerce and Tech teams to identify objectives, key measures of success, and prioritise initiatives. You'll work with SMEs across the business to translate requirements into solutions, own the strategic project roadmap, and ensure successful delivery of key milestones and outcomes.

•    Identify objectives, key measures of success, and prioritise initiatives to drive the biggest benefit to the business.
•    Own the strategic project roadmap and update the Leadership Team on progress and priorities.
•    Ensure teams deliver key milestones and outcomes, focusing on driving successful change and transformation.
•    Maintain stakeholder engagement, govern change, and manage prioritisation to achieve business targets.
•    Build relationships and empathy with teams executing business targets, eliciting requirements, and driving successful change.

 

 


About you and your skills

 

 

Working for a fast-paced complex organisation you’ll bring 7+ years’ experience in Strategy, Transformation Projects and come from a Retail Media, Media/Agency, or Digital Technology background.


With strong commercial acumen, you’re a digital native with experience in large scale transformation projects utilising cloud-based technologies and platforms.


Your ability to lead cross-functional teams with a track record of driving change, delivering outcomes and significant value will be key to your success in this role.

 

 

You’ll also have

 


 
•    Understanding of digital ecosystems and development methodologies (including Agile).
•    Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and analytics.
•    Experience in managing external vendors and third parties.
•    Experience in team management of BA/Product/Project Management teams (preferable).  
•    Experience working cross-functionally in a large organisation.
