Driven by our innovative, inclusive, and forward-thinking culture, we’re constantly looking at ways to create differentiated, omni-channel experiences for our customers and build the next generation of digital retailing.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Tech Product Manager – Martech, Marketing Operations, Loyalty & Retail Media to define and deliver technology capabilities that enable personalised, automated, and data-driven marketing across all channels. This role spans Martech platforms, marketing automation workflows, loyalty systems, and retail media technology, ensuring seamless integration between technology, data, and marketing processes to drive engagement, retention, and monetisation.

You will own the activation layer—platforms that operationalise data and deliver personalised engagement, including CEP, CDP, CRM, Loyalty Engine, AdTech stack, Offer Management, and Identity systems. You will also lead roadmap planning for a multi-vendor ecosystem, balancing buy vs. build decisions, and ensuring resilience, compliance, and future readiness.

Key Accountabilities:

Domain Product Strategy and Direction

  • Define and own the long-term strategy for the domain’s product portfolio, aligning with enterprise vision, customer needs, commercial outcomes, and regulatory obligations
  • Lead product discovery and strategic planning across the suite, identify new opportunities, sunsetting underperforming products, and evolving the product mix
  • Partner with stakeholders across business, technology, and operations to influence strategic priorities and investment decisions
  • Champion the strategic value and investment case for the domain’s product portfolio, ensuring executive confidence in funding decisions
  • Integrate domain product strategy with enterprise systems, data, and compliance requirements
  • Own the activation layer platforms: CEP, CDP, CRM, Loyalty Engine, AdTech stack, Offer Management, Identity
  • Lead the multi-vendor ecosystem, ensuring roadmaps align to priorities—not vendor push
  • Co-own buy vs. build strategy, balancing proprietary advantage with cost, speed, and risk
  • Manage platform roadmaps and lifecycle: version upgrades, feature enablement, end-of-life transitions, and integration evolution
  • Partner with security and architecture to ensure resilience, redundancy, and minimal operational risk
  • Translate intelligence into personalized engagement, monetization, and loyalty outcomes while ensuring platforms are secure, compliant, and future-ready

Product Leadership

  • Oversee and collaborate with Product Managers, ensuring cohesive management of the full product suite across all lifecycle stages
  • Maintain high standards of product practices: user research, roadmap development, prioritization, release planning, and benefits realization
  • Monitor product performance, adoption, and risk across the portfolio, making informed trade-off decisions
  • Lead a high-performance team; set objectives, empower delivery, and support career development goals

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior business and technology stakeholders, influencing priorities, communicating vision, and aligning roadmaps
  • Build trusted relationships to understand business strategy, pain points, and value levers
  • Translate complex technical or delivery information into clear business context for decision-making

Product Operations and Governance

  • Champion cross-functional ways of working that integrate product, delivery, design, data, and engineering
  • Partner with the Head of Technology in financial management, investment cases, value metrics, and ongoing product success tracking
  • Define release objectives and coordinate Go-To-Market activities with the relevant stakeholders
  • Partner with engineering, architecture, and engagement teams to communicate business value of features
  • Lead quarterly planning and road mapping cycles, supporting financial tracking and alignment to OKRs/KPIs
  • Embedded governance, compliance, and risk considerations in product operations and lifecycle decisions
  • Shape and govern third-party partnerships to ensure alignment with product strategy and long-term value realization

About You

  • 5+ years in product management or digital transformation, with experience in Martech, marketing automation, loyalty platforms, and retail media technology
  • Proven ability to deliver complex technology products and automation solutions in enterprise or retail environments
  • Strong technical understanding of Martech ecosystems, campaign orchestration, loyalty systems, retail media platforms, and marketing operations workflows
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence and align diverse teams
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability—comfortable defining roadmaps and shipping products
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle, UX principles, and data-driven decision-making
