About the Role

As a Senior Solution Specialist you will be accountable for the development of business processes, developing into an SME for our Warehouse Management Software and delivering the change to our impacted business units.


You will also:  

  • Conduct research and prepare engagement materials to determine improvements and further enhance requirements
  • Review solution capabilities and determine best operational fit, including warehouse layouts, zoning and slotting
  • Develop new operating model for assigned segment including but limited to workforce planning and task assignment
  • Demonstrate the new processes and value of the solution to business stakeholders
  • Perform user acceptance testing and work with users to identify potential improvements


About you and your skills

With developed project and stakeholder management skills you will have the ability to have genuine impact and see projects through to tangible outcomes.     


You will also have:

  • A track record of delivery in WMS software (Manhattan software highly regarded)
  • Previous exposure to delivering complex programs of work
  • Previous operational experience in warehousing is highly regarded
  • Expert level skills in analytical tools such as excel or power BI
