About the role:
 

The Identity and Access management (IAM) provides services to the boarder Coles teams, that support identity/access management for our approx. 130,000 Team members, Suppliers and Customers.
 

As part of the IAM team you work closely with many areas of the wider Tech team.  We have a strong focus on providing enterprise level identity solutions in a complex environment spanning our on-premise assets and cloud environments.  We work providing the solutions that fit all aspects of identity management, including governance, authentication/authorisation controls, security and automation. Our primary focus is enabling the business to succeed by providing modern systems that connects identity management across all of our platforms and providers.
 

We have opportunities to make a big difference in the way Coles operates as we develop out our identity strategy in an area that’s rapidly changing as the industry evolves
 

  • Provide technology services to support, develop and maintain the Identity and Access Management components of the IT infrastructure in accordance with agreed service levels
  • Enhance our identity management platforms
  • Contribute toward the development of the Identity and Access Management strategy and architecture
  • Support, develop and maintain the portfolio in accordance with agreed service levels
  • Maintain strategic partner relationships with key vendors and customer stakeholders

 

About you:

 

  • Detailed Experience with federation/SSO intergration, Azue Conditional access, MFA, NetIQ Access management or equivalent.  With knowledge of setup/configurations and installations as well as on going operational support is key to success in the role
  • Exposure to CyberArk Privileged access management
  • Detailed Experience with Entra (Azure) Active Directory, and associated Entra identity and access management functions
  • Understanding of all aspects of the broader operational environment (ie. processes, procedures, associated toolsets, operating systems, etc.)
  • Experience of software engineering practices
  • Have worked in a medium to large enterprise environment and understand the role I&AM contribute
