About the role 

In this exciting role as our new Senior Range Transformation Manager, you will report directly to our Head of Range, Space and Systems.  You will lead a dedicated range transformation team and the development, implementation and governance of our range strategy and approach.   


Other ways you will make an impact include: 


•    Development, creation, and implementation of the range strategy  
•    Delivering thought leadership, research and innovation to enable best practice on range management. 
•    Leading, coaching and mentoring a high performing team of 9 to provide customer insights and analysis for category teams to enable effective decision-making on range  
•    Building collaborative partnerships with varied senior stakeholders with the ability to work cross functionally and have genuine influence. 
•    Engaging broader range and space teams across Coles and ensuring alignment to strategy and adherence to processes. 

 

 

About you and your skills 

In this role you will need to bring your proven people leadership experience coupled with your ability to lead, manage, and land change.  This is a unique opportunity to be part of collaborative team to have genuine impact in the work that you will be doing.   


You will bring:
•    The Ability to manage multiple cross functional stakeholders to achieve a desired outcome. 
•    Experience partnering with senior leadership and confidence in presenting to executive leaders. 
•    Demonstrated experience in the leadership and management of a high calibre team. 
•    Proven understanding of range assortment processes and decision making 
•    Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset, structured thinking, and approach 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to deliver exceptional presentations and communication in a clear and concise story.
