Our Coles Liquor team work across three leading brands (Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars), each with their own unique offering and customer base. With a network of more than 930 stores and ultra-convenient online sites, delivering on our commitment to provide accessible drink solutions for every occasion.
About the role
Reporting to the Transformation Program Manager, we’re looking for an efficient Senior Project Coordinator to provide administrative support including task tracking, finance tracking and progress reporting, as well as taking on project management activities of smaller Digital projects.
You’ll also:
- Coordinating project setup activities including setting up of project codes and budgets, finance trackers and timesheet task creation.
- Setting up and facilitating mid & end of period financial reviews, monitoring timesheets, managing journals and accruals, analysing finance results and reconciling SAP and finance tracker differences.
- Assisting with procurement activities including raising purchase orders and processing invoices under direction of the Project Manager.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Assist with the coordination of recruitment & resource planning and onboarding & offboarding.
- Provide admin support for all PMO meetings; book meetings, complete agenda’s, minutes, follow up reports and weekly updates.
- Collaborating with other project managers to plan, coordinator and execute projects, including developing detailed project plans, monitoring timelines, budgets and deliverables.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure smooth delivery.
- Driving process improvements and streamlining workflows to optimise project outcomes.
About you and your skills
We’re looking for a strong administrator who is looking to grow their career in the project management space. Previous experience in a project support role will be preferable.
You’ll also need:
- Professional approach and demonstrated ability to work with people with a variety of backgrounds and seniority.
- Ability to collaborate with and influence multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of attention to detail, and think critically about plans, processes and direction of the project.
- Strong technical skills including advanced MS Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Formal project management accreditation highly desirable.
