About the role

In this role you will provide advanced functional, analytical and strategic insight to inform engagement, experience design, and product decision-making across the Group’s SAP Finance domain.

This role leads the discovery and analysis of customer behaviour, product performance, and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

The Senior Product Analyst partners closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure that product strategies and design decisions are data-driven, evidence-based, and aligned with enterprise goals.

The role also contributes to building analytical capability within the product organisation — developing frameworks, tools, and best practices for measuring customer engagement, usability, and value delivery.

Through thought leadership, mentoring, and collaboration, you will help drive a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement, ensuring that every product initiative delivers measurable impact and enhances the Group’s retail experience.

We’re looking for a skilled professional who can transform complex business challenges across retail operations, corporate functions, and technology into clear, actionable product requirements. You’ll reengineer business processes to drive efficiency, translate data into meaningful insights, and document functional and nonfunctional requirements that set our teams up for success.

In this role, you’ll validate solutions, perform root cause analysis, and ensure our technology works seamlessly within a large retail environment. You’ll write highquality user stories, produce accessible technical documentation, and bring strong knowledge of existing systems to support delivery.
