About the team

As the way we shop continues to evolve, our Digital team keeps us at the cutting edge. Driven by our innovative, inclusive, and forward-thinking culture, we’re constantly looking at ways to create differentiated, omni-channel experiences for our customers and build the next generation of digital retailing.

About the role

As online grocery continues to grow, the strength of our fulfilment network is critical to how we deliver for customers.

As Senior Manager Network Operations, you’ll lead the operational performance, capacity planning and continuous improvement of our eCommerce network — ensuring our customer delivery promises are practical, scalable and commercially sustainable across stores, fulfilment locations and regions.

This role will suit an experienced online operations, fulfilment, supply chain or network operations leader who enjoys balancing customer experience, operational feasibility and cost-to-serve outcomes in a fast-paced, complex environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead the ongoing management and performance of the eCommerce retail network across stores, regions and fulfilment locations.
  • Ensure delivery options, service windows, cut-off times and customer promises are aligned to operational capacity and store capability.
  • Develop and maintain network capacity plans, identifying constraints, risks and opportunities to improve throughput, utilisation and service levels.
  • Lead system maintenance, data integrity, administrative controls and operational optimisation activities across the network.
  • Partner with eCommerce, store operations and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and support network decisions.
  • Lead, coach and develop a team, building capability across commercial, analytical and operational support functions.

About your skills

You’re a commercially minded operations leader who can bring structure to complexity, use data to make informed decisions and influence stakeholders across a distributed network.

You’ll also bring:

  • Experience in eCommerce retailing, online operations, fulfilment, supply chain, store operations or network operations.
  • Proven experience managing operational networks across multiple locations, regions or formats.
  • Strong understanding of store-based fulfilment, delivery capacity, order management, labour constraints and operational performance drivers.
  • Commercial acumen, with the ability to balance customer experience, capacity, profitability, service performance and cost-to-serve outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with confidence interpreting operational data, dashboards and capacity models.
  • Experience leading teams, coaching direct reports and building capability in a fast-paced retail, grocery or large-scale distributed operations environment.

Please note applications for this role will close on August 11th, 2026.
