About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager – Lending to lead a team of campaign marketing experts in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

About the Role
As the Senior Marketing Manager – Lending, you’ll:
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Lending products and campaigns
• Lead a team of campaign marketers to drive results across multi-channel campaigns
• Use customer insights and data to optimize marketing strategies and improve performance
• Manage budgets, ensure compliance, and collaborate with key stakeholders across the business.
About you and your skills:
• 7+ years’ experience in financial services marketing, with at least 3 years in leadership
• Strong knowledge of Lending products, customer acquisition, and retention strategies
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, direct marketing, social)
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance measurement.
