About the role


Our Finance team partner with every area of our business and ensure commercial thinking feeds into everything we do. By working across every team, we look at how we’re performing and provide useable insights to support strategic business decisions. With Australian former ‘CFO of The Year’ Leah Weckert steering our team, we set up our customers and people for success through good commercial sense.


What you'll be doing


In this new role, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of the digital and process transformation for the CFO Function. You will work with senior stakeholders across the CFO and Digital functions to develop and implement transformational change to our forecasting and planning processes, commercial insights platforms, and enhance the user experience for our core ERP system.


Good things you'll need


We’re after a highly skilled professional with considerable Finance Transformation experience, who will ensure finance systems and processes are fit-for-purpose and effectively support our on-going business requirements. You'll need strong communication and influencing skills to work with senior leaders across our business.


You’ll also need:

  • Experience driving Finance Transformation in a corporate environment.
  • A CA / CPA (or similar) qualification is preferred.
  • Experience working with both core ERP systems (SAP 4 Hana), and commercial insights platforms (Power BI).
  • Strong project management, planning and business case preparation experience.
  • Experience managing high performing teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Process Optimisation methodology preferred (Lean 6 Sigma).
