About the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a conceptually led Senior Designer to join our high-energy Creative Services team in a permanent capacity. This is a hands-on, strategic design role where you’ll bring ideas to life across a broad range of creative executions – from print and POS, to catalogues, website, social, EDM, video and outdoor. We’re looking for a folio that shows big thinking and sharp design craft.

Applications close Tuesday 8th July.

What you’ll do

You’ll be a key creative driver in the team – interpreting briefs, mentoring junior creatives, and producing standout omnichannel design work that aligns with brand and campaign strategy. Working closely with content, digital and marketing teams, you’ll help bring to life engaging and consistent brand storytelling across every touchpoint.

You’ll also:

•    Work conceptually to develop fresh, impactful design ideas
•    Execute creative across print and digital (catalogues, POS, web, EDM, social, video, OOH)
•    Collaborate closely with production managers and traffic/studio leads to deliver on-time
•    Guide and mentor junior designers and artists to raise the bar
•    Maintain strong brand guardianship and creative consistency
•    Stay across creative trends and inspire a culture of innovation in the team.

About you and your skills

You’re a confident senior designer with at least 4 years’ experience in an agency or fast-paced studio environment. You’re as comfortable working autonomously as you are collaborating cross-functionally. You’ve got a sharp eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to flex between concepting and hands-on execution.

You’ll also have:

•    A folio that demonstrates strong conceptual thinking and polished craft
•    Proficiency in the full Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
•    Experience with Figma and Adobe AEM, animation and motion graphics
•    Strength across both digital and print outputs
•    A calm, can-do attitude and ability to juggle multiple projects with shifting priorities
•    A passion for mentoring and helping others grow.
