About the role
We’re seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead our customer lifecycle enablement team.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach and develop a team of five, ensuring they are technically skilled and confident in leveraging our customer engagement platform.
As the central hub for targeted direct marketing journeys, you’ll oversee work requests, manage resource allocation, and monitor traffic management processes to ensure smooth delivery.
You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to design, build, and execute direct marketing journeys that drive customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across supermarkets, eCommerce, and Coles Financial Services.

Core responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5 to maximise technical capability and platform expertise.
• Oversee and centralise campaign requests, resource allocation, and scheduling.
• Drive the design, build, and execution of direct marketing journeys
• Ensure successful delivery of customer lifecycle initiatives using data-driven strategies and marketing automation tools.
• Partner with the Senior Customer Lifecycle Manager to champion transformation initiatives.
• Act as the SEM for the Customer Engagement Platform, including upstream platforms requiring integration or enhancements.
• Continuously improve processes and ways of working to meet delivery targets and stakeholder expectations.
• Introduce automation solutions to unlock efficiencies and expand team capacity.
About you and your skills
• 10+ years experience in CRM, loyalty, Direct Marketing, digital marketing and data roles.
• Extensive MarTech experience, specifically within Customer Engagement Platforms including Oracle Responsys, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or MoEngage.
• Experience managing agency partners, vendors, developers and specialists.
• Experience operating within a complex environment.
• Strong leadership & people management experience.
• Proven track record of MarTech implementation experience as a subject matter expert defining requirements and managing a migration plan.
• Proven track record of improving processes and output quality.
